UPS 150+ weight not allowed

Preconditions and environment

Magento Community 2.4.4

Steps to reproduce

We have items that are exactly 1 pound in weight. When a customer adds 150 of them (150 pounds), a UPS method is listed. When a customer adds 151, no UPS options are shown at checkout.

This issue came up when we updated to 2.4.4. Our settings did not change.

Under stores>configuration>sales>shipping methods, these are my settings for UPS.

Package request type = divide to equal weight (one request) Destination = Residential Weight = LBS Maximum Package Weight = 40 Pickup method = Regular daily rate Minimum package weight = .1

I don't believe any of the other settings would be related to this issue. Even though we have max package weight at 40 and it's set to divide to equal weight, it is not working.

Expected result

In the example where items are 1 pound each and adding quantity 151 to the order provides no UPS options, it SHOULD send a single request to UPS for a quote of 4 boxes of 38 pounds each. Our setting is 40 pound max weight per package. 151/4 = 37.75 UPS rounds up to the nearest pound which would be 38.

Actual result

Instead we get no UPS methods available.

In Admin panel we are not able to set a admin configuration Because i need 1.Access License Number 2.User ID 3.Password I need above mentioned three information Because once done the admin configuration we will proceed further. We have tried to reproduce the issue in Magento 2.4-develop branch the issue is not reproducible. Please refer the below screenshot for the reference;

We have followed the below steps in order to reproduce the issue:

1.Create Simple Product with 1 Pound weight 2.Setup up the configuration---> Under stores>configuration>sales>shipping methods, these are my settings for UPS. 3.Checkout the product with quantity of 1 4.Checkout the Product with quantity of 151

If the product is quantity is 1...in checkout page UPS shipping methods is not displaying.Even the product quantity is 151 in checkout page UPS shipping methods is not displaying.

Let us know in case we have missed anything.

If the address entered is not recognized by UPS, it will not yield results. Can you try with this for the shipping address?
