vimeo js missing

vimeo js is missing from the current package and throws an error.

Preconditions (*)

Magento 2.4.4

Steps to reproduce (*)

go to any page and throws js error

Expected result (*)

vimeowrapper and vimeojs should load.

Actual result (*)

none of the vimeo js was loaded.

Got the same problem. Fixed by downgrading PageBuilder composer require magento/module-page-builder:2.2.2
