Tinymce Table Toolbar in Banner and Slider Content Types shows up after page scroll

1. develop branch

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Enable Tinymce and open page with Pagebuilder
2. Add Banner or Slider to Row
3. Add table to textarea
4. Unfocus editor and scroll down
5. Notice that Table Toolbar shows up again
