CLI command execution in MFTF throws error <magentoCLI command="cache:clean config" stepKey="cacheClean"/>

Preconditions

1. Add cli command in MFTF script anywhere inside before/after/inside the script
2. Run the MFTF script which contains any one of the CLI commands

Steps to reproduce

1. Add cli command in MFTF script anywhere inside before/after/inside the script
2. Run the MFTF script which contains any one of the CLI commands

Expected result

1. TEST should pass without error

Actual result

1. Error displayed while executing, showing 404 error
