Fix master branch to allow sync to packagist.org
Hi @Seldaek, Could you add some description, what your PR is doing? What are the steps to reproduce of the issue you're trying to fix, what is actual and expected results?
Composer deprecated uppercased letters in package names last year some time. Due to that, the package does not update on packagist.org anymore.
@Seldaek got it. Could you sign Adobe CLA?
Sorry but I got better things to do, I was just trying to help here.. feel free to do the change and close the pr, it's just following "composer validate" warnings.

We can probably close this PR since https://github.com/magento/magento-composer-installer/commit/50318ac49b6121645bdff5e866c3369e73d42f7c#diff-d2ab9925cad7eac58e0ff4cc0d251a937ecf49e4b6bf57f8b95aab76648a9d34 was released in 0.2.0
It's a bit sad to see that authors from reputable software which Magento uses (like composer or varnish) which come to improve Magento's usage of their software with their extensive knowledge have to jump through so many hoops and have to wait so long for feedback until something happens with their feedback.
Anyway, here's hoping for composer v2 support in Magento in the near future ...
