I can't find Project full installation steps in the README.md. Can it be fit the README.md?

I'm as developer expects that README.md contains direct instruction for installation or reference it. So, could you place that reference from the comment above to the README.md.

@eralaz There are many factors and components that could apply to the installation process which can make it difficult and lengthy to provide in a README. Therefore, all developer documentation is in the Magento Commerce Cloud guide.
