Realease operations are causing usability issues

The time between releasing the new version here and building all the dockerhub images is very big which is issue for working people in that time. Eg: procedure which normally works in my case failed with missing opensearch image in docker:

It is still building images and missing the 3.0-1.4.6, 16 hours after the 1.4.6 release already passed! Image

The current approach is not sustainable. I guess it is best to first build all the images, verify than make the release official.
