2.4.6 - Source can not be updated

Preconditions (*)

1. Create a source in Magento
2. I'm using Magento 2.4.6

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Create a source in Magento
2. Edit the source and update the latitude

Expected result (*)

1. Source should be updated properly

Actual result (*)

1. An error is shown to the user : "Could not save source"
2. 
3. User is redirected to "New source" instead

This error is introduced by the following commit : https://github.com/magento/inventory/commit/e5ae5c8919c8aa4a1b37f70fa4eec4bb7dd575bd#diff-886b3e6fd96232869023d79660ff2fe269217fbc20f2f5d98ccfa2b242cb2fccR66

I think that the check of unicity should be done at the SQL level and not Magento one.

This is currently blocking any updates of any sources
