Make docroot pub requirement more prominent in install documentation

Description

The install docs do not have any information requiring webserver root to be set to the /pub/ directory at any time prior to installation. Seeing a large amount of confusion on forums and stackexchange filling up with users unaware of this when they are installing Magento for the first time or upgrading to 2.4.2. Please consider updating the install docs so that this is emphasised earlier in the install process.

Possible solutions

Include prominent link or warning box to emphasise that the application should be served from /pub/ and include link to tutorial https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.3/install-gde/tutorials/change-docroot-to-pub.html
