Does not work with zsh

i.e.

composer require magento/composer-root-update-plugin ~2.0 --no-update
zsh: no such user or named directory: 2.0

Confirmed same issue on Mac OS running default zsh shell

Documentation for installation should be changed to add double-quotes "" around ~2.0 if zsh is used as the shell

composer require magento/composer-root-update-plugin "~2.0" --no-update
