Add support for LaCrosse sensors (TX6U, TX7U, etc.)

rtl_wx looks very interesting. I have LaCrosse sensors. There were two requests to add LaCrosse sensor support to rtl-433. The protocol has been decoded a couple of times. rtl-433 -a gives a useful dump of the simple OOK. However all the bits are inverted.
