If you're new to implementing cards then you likely don't have permission to check things off. This is totally fine! We still appreciate your contributions so just leave a comment to let us know that you're working on it.

Don't worry about moving things from in progress to completed either, there's a script that handles that, and don't worry about fixing text issues as those are usually handled when the set is done.

So, I gave Zinnia a try, and I have managed to be able to pay the mana for the offspring ability on other creatures, but when those creatures enter the battlefield they do not generate a copy. I have tried to mimic other cards, but really Zinnia is unique I guess. I am at a loss, and have read the linked abilities issue that specifically mentions Zinnia but understood very little. Could anyone give me a hand in making Zinnia work?

I believe the problem with Zinnia is engine-level - Offspring is a combination of two abilities, "you can pay extra" and "when this enters, if you paid the offspring cost, make an offspring"; the current solution for tracking the link between those two can't differentiate between the costs being paid, so any creature that has multiple Offspring abilities (such as something printed with Offspring when you have Zinnia in play) will get all of their Offspring triggers off of any single payment. I tried bashing my head against finding ways to make the attempt from #12655 work correctly around creatures that already had Offspring but all I was able to accomplish was breaking it worse.
