Rain of Riches - No Cascade

Rain of Riches was cast the previous turn. On my turn, I draw Ruinous Ultimatum. I tried several iterations to make it work:

1. Tapping treasure tokens first.
2. Tapping treasure tokens last.
3. Tapping only a single treasure token.

No version allowed me to gain the cascade. Before the cast, the board:

Long story short - Rain of Riches is impossible to implement right now. Honestly the card should be disabled.
