Apply only to specific region

Hi, support,

How can I apply it only to a specific region?

ex: add an extra fee if the region is California.

Hi currently, such a feature is not available in our extra fee extension. It's available in one of our paid extension https://magecomp.com/magento-2-surcharge.html
