Content inconsistency between mail results and test-results.html

Hi there,

maybe intended but not sure, so I am raising it:

In test-results.html you get an overview on Passed, Failed and Skipped - not run not showing and not selectable a.t.m. (see #840 ), but assuming Not Run would show up here as well.

In mail results you receive Passed, Failed and Not Run, but no Skipped included.

--> As "Not Run" requires excluding tests bad Skipped is decided on Maester / Pester, I would expect that the Skipped ones should be shown as well to have it also consistent?
