Configurable/Disabling Animation

On faster platforms (e.g. the pinephone pro) the launching animations for many apps take longer than the start up time of the application to finish, I think it makes sense to be able to disable animations.

you can already disable the animation in /etc/hildon/transitions.ini Note this is an issue on pretty mutch all platforms for some applications (like sphone, modest), for those it might make sense to have a x- desktop file proparty to tell hildon not to bother with the animation

For fremantle there is even a ui to edit transitions.int, i gues you could port that over too.
