Missing fonts for built in language options

Settings -> Language and Region -> scroll down to reveal missing fonts.

Considering install fonts-noto-core fonts-noto-cjk by default and prompt the user to optionally install fonts-noto?

I think we probably don't want to install them automatically due to their size, but I agree we should have some documentation for this kind of localisation. Out of curiousity, what language are you using and how is the experience?

Out of curiousity, what language are you using and how is the experience?

I tried the Chinese translation, it works OK most of the time, there are missing translations here and there but overall it's serviceable.
