hildon-home draws the "invalid image" icon whenever a xdg desktop notification message dosent have a icon specified in the dbus call

There should just be no image if there is non specified, as it is optional, the invalid image icon should only be displayed if an image is specified and the image is invalid. As it stands rn it looks like something is wrong when really the clients are behaving to spec.

just notify-send test is sufficant to repo this one.
