maemo-statusmenu-volume: Should support Pinephone

maemo-statusmenu-volume contains the configuration file sinks.ini which has a device specific value in sink_name. It should be

sink_name=alsa_output.platform-sound.HiFi__hw_PinePhone_0__sink

on pinephone

this sink name does not work for me with the latest May 29 image and devel repository enabled on a 3 GB RAM/32 GB eMMC Pinephone. I got the volume applet to work with "alsa_output.0.HiFi__hw_PinePhone_0__sink" (discovered with pactl info )

perhaps pactl info | grep "Default Sink" should be added to the maemo-statusmenu-volume package install script to ensure the applet is automatically configured correctly for every Pinephone model/OS version?

Hm... yeah, I think ideally we have a per-device config that standardises the sink name, so that the volume applet knows what to use, I think. We still need to complete some of the harder audio config parts, for audio roles and such.
