wpa_supplicant bugs to look into

• issuing "SCAN" commands using libwpa_client randomly returns failure, even if it succeeds.
• nl80211 does not work well on the N900, it is not possible to issue scans over wpa_cli, which returns -EINVAL, but it works via dbus... (Maybe look at the difference in wpa_supplicant_trigger_scan and wpa_scan_clone_params)
