Indeed, I confirm that deleting and re-adding fixes the issue, so it might have been an old bug

Indeed, perhaps /etc/dokploy/applications /etc/dokploy/compose /etc/dokploy/traefik the rest seems to be logs and monitoring stuff
Nice! BTW I added a template for Backrest which is a really nice self-hosted backup solution, could be interesting to integrate both (eg show how to mount the docker volumes...
I have the same issue I think (added an issue) Basically it seems the USD value is used instead of the EUR value, but is displayed with a EUR sign...
Another option is to use https://github.com/triggerdotdev/trigger.dev which has a well-documented docker-compose (and you can find a push-button deploy when using Dokploy with their templates)
