Some guidance

Hey, interesting repo :) but was pretty rough to get going, frontend is up, video lasts around 4 secs before shitting down, audio and text are d.o.a.
Requirements.txt has a bunch of conflicting modules, and some of them double up.

U guys still working on this or is it dead? Would love to see this working :)
