Allow an encryption password of less than 32 characters

Option to encrypt the backup files with AES support from just more than 6 characters.

It always needs 32 characters, which is sometimes hard to remember and store, if lost, the whole backup is gone.

Yes I could just add padding like '*****...' to a smaller than 32 password.
