Updated & Frozen!
Updated the Material Notes app via Fdroid app and the note app is now frozen. All my notes are lost! Please fix. Great little app when working. Version 2.00.
Hi! I'm really sorry for that, let's try to fix it. Make sure you don't uninstall the app however, as all data would be deleted at the same time.
So the app freezes at startup, on a blank page? It doesn't start at all so you cannot access the settings, right?
Hi, yes it presents a blank page that doesn't start at all so I cannot access the settings.No longer concerned with lost data. In trying to fix it, already uninstalled, and & reinstalled. Rebooted. Added to NextDNS Allow list, just in case. Nothing. When that didn't work a lower version̈ was tried. But same results. If I am correct, this is one of the apps Google Play updated, then said "error - version confict". That's when I realized they tried to update a Fdroid app! Since then no version of that app will install. Disabled Auto-updates. Google is not happy with my side loading Froid Repository, and blocks or disables the apps sometimes. Not sure they did this time, just saying!! All other 10 Froid apps are working and updating from correct sources problem free. Was a real nice note app that worked perfectly on Android 13. Good job. I loved it!!

Well thank you for your nice comments! I'm glad you enjoyed the app. It's weird that it still didn't work after reinstalling, I have no idea what would cause it to freeze then... But Google messing thing up wouldn't be surprising.

No, I'm fine now as the app installs fine on my other devices. And the notes were written to another note app while testing that app out. so all is good.

To hard to leave donation. Don't use PayPal. Made an account long ago, but now they won't let me reset it. Kofi I don't know how it works. Sorry Mael. Will try again tomorrow. I didn't realize you were in Europe. I'm in Canada.
Thank you very much for trying to give a donation! Indeed PayPal is not the best way to do it, as it may take a cut of the donation, especially when having to convert currencies. I mainly added it for simplicity because a lot of people use it.
Kofi is actually really easy! You don't even need an account, just fill in the form and choose the payment by card!
