Open the found iterm tab in VS Code

I wish I can search for all active iterm sessions as I do now, but if I press cmd + return on the session, it would open the session in VS Code text editor.

Vs Code provides the command code that takes the path of what to open as argument. It would be really amazing if you can add support for this for the workflow.
