Issue #7 upgrade to 4.6.2, updated nuget, attended to VS async warnings fix ArgumentException "Illegal characters in path" for url imports with paths that begin with //

The "AutoPrefix" test is failing. The auto-prefix depends on less compilation arguments or the presence of "Web Compiler" extension. Yes?
