Upgrade to allow for 2019 install..

I've got both 2017 and 2019 on my system, and it installed to both. Yeah!

Thanks, but regions are supported in 2019 so this extension isn't needed. I think the syntax is a little different though. Perhaps you need an extra space or remove an existing one

Hi. Doubt, How are regions created in VS 2019, without the extension?
