When you collapse a region and than hit enter to get a new line after the region the exception fires.

Steps to recreate

Create a region around some functions
Collapse the Region
Set the cursor just after the region text on the same line
Click Enter

Current behavior

Keyboard operations no longer work in visual studios after the exception. Expected behavior
