[Feature] Export every time Visual Studio Starts

It would be nice, if it could export to a specific file, everytime the programs start.

For instance, export directly to the GoogleDrive/Dropbox/OneDrive folder, everytime the program starts.

That way, there is allways a solid backup, that is up to date.

I really like this, but I would prefer if this fired off at close rather than open. Otherwise adding an extension on PC1 wouldn't show up on PC2 until it had been relaunched at least once on PC1.

Even better would be to fire off only when extensions have changed.
