make it work from folder view

Description

I would love for this extension to work from Folder View

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a folder in folder view
2. SHIFT + F2

Expected behavior: the dialog pops up as expected

Actual behavior:

--------------------------- Add New File (64-bit) --------------------------- Could not determine where to create the new file. Select a file or folder in Solution Explorer and try again. --------------------------- OK
