[Windows 7] 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)'

I get this error message when trying to run VBinDiff.exe, either through the command line or from Windows. The program version is VBinDiff 3.0 beta 5.

This has probably something to do with commit 7e05618 Try my binaries if you wish (cross-compiled with mingw on Linux): https://github.com/mkoloberdin/vbindiff/releases/tag/20171204
