Error Installing OCaml Dependency

After I cloned the repo into the plugin directory, LightTable prompted that it needed to install the OCaml dependency, but when it tried to it gave the error

Error loading JS file: <LightTable Directory>\plugins\lt-ocaml\ocaml_compiled.js : Error: ENOENT, no such file or directory

Note that I am trying this on a Windows machine.
