Fix missing window problem

When a second monitor is attached, the main Soundplane window can be moved to a location off the main monitor. It is then lost when that monitor is disconnected, with no way to show it.

Either add a Window menu with "Bring all to front" (and similar on Windows / Linux) or an automatic function to show wayward windows.

Meanwhile the workaround is to delete or change ~/Library/Application Support/Madrona Labs/Soundplane/SoundplaneViewState.txt .
