Inserting Icons into page with "icon library preview"

What currently costs a lot of time is getting the right icons on a page say for example in a 3 column block layout with text. Any thoughts on how one could create a "icon preview" modal/ then on selecting the icon inserting it in the page?

I think this is a good suggestion. Respond 5 had an icon picker, but I have not added that in R6 yet. The main reason was that I personally started using SVG icons over Font Icons (e.g. font-awesome). So, I typically just copy the SVG HTML and paste it into Respond.
