Does this work on KDE and QT-based DEs?

It seems that no matter how much I try, the icon pack still hardly functions much on my KDE. No matter which color version I pick, I still get lots of incorrect, and/or missing icons in my desktop and folders and such. Unless I must be doing it wrong?
