Bold weight is substantially taller than regular weight in latest release.

I'm encountering an issue where bolded text increases in height dramatically. It's like somehow they've become unsynched-- I've never seen anything like it. Any tips for working around this, or do I just need to wait for a fix?

Here's an example of what I mean. See how the red bolded bits are very tall (or the rest is short, maybe).
