Any way to set zoom level?

Thank you for this awesome widget. Now need some help on how to set zoom level & how to always have the pointer static like we have in mobile.

@nadimtuhin at the moment the zoom is fixed and the markers are set to draggable to true. I'd be happy to consider pull requests to enhance flexibility if you'd like to help contribute.
