https://www.npmjs.com/package/semver-utils is v1.1.4 , 6 years ago

https://github.com/madhead/semver-utils/releases/tag/v4.3.0 was released two weeks ago

Hi @madhead , I see now that this github action is reusing the name of a different project in the npmjs registry which is https://git.coolaj86.com/coolaj86/semver-utils.js

Maybe a rename would help avoid this confusion.
