Please add code completion for HTML/CSS

I would like to have the same code completion for HTML and CSS (inline css) to style some stuff, which is not supported for Markdown files. Maybe an option would be nice.

Please reopen this ticket, because it's not finished. What @rmburkhead implemented, was only syntax highlighting and not code completion for HTML/CSS. So this ticket is not done yet.

There is not active work on this that I would know of. We happily accept pull requests.
