Shadowsocks relies on Android system resolver on server's hostname resolving. If the system resolver cannot handle the TTL well, nothing we can do from our side.

Many shadowsocks servers don't enable UDP relay, so we forward the DNS query via TCP to the remote server.
If possible, it would be very nice. With trust-dns-client, it maybe possible to handle hosts file as well.
