Timestamps in playing page - Jump to clicked timestamp

Adding timestamps in the playing page would be a huge improvement. In addition, the ability to jump to the audio section that is playing should be doable via link. Timestamps can be pulled via podcast 2.0 chapters. See here: https://podcastindex-org.github.io/docs-api/#get-/search/music/byterm
