[BUG] Playlist showing completed episodes (all episodes) when include played is not selected

The problem

When creating a new playlist, I select only unplayed, and partially played. However, the created playlist also shows the completed episodes for the podcast.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new playlist
2. Filter by podcast, select 1 podcast
3. Select include unplayed, and include partially played. Keep Include Played unselected
4. Select sort order oldest first
5. Create playlist
6. View playlist, completed episodes are erroneously included

What should happen

6. View playlist, does not show completed episodes

For example, I have a podcast with 457 episodes, I've listed to all but 48 (all the others are marked as played). If I create the playlist for it this way, it still shows all 457 and not just the 48 remaining.
