[Bug] Couple of queue related things I noticed

Not sure if actually a bug or if this should be filed under "feature request", since I don't know how often anybody would actually do this, but I went into a podcast, hit select -> select all -> queue and it added all the episodes, but it appears to be in a random order. I guess ideally my expectation would be that it would use the same sorting that I had on the podcast view?

Another thing is that the context menu for the episode doesn't appear to be aware of the state of the episode. I wanted to remove the episodes from the queue but from the context menu (while in the queue) I had to add to the queue before I had the option to remove it from the queue.
