Add SponsorBlock to YouTube Subscriptions

Hi,

Not sure how the current YouTube subscriptions are downloaded, but if done with yt-dlp, can I suggest adding support for SponsorBlock (https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp?tab=readme-ov-file#sponsorblock-options)

This would basically solve removing ads in podcasts, atleast for those subbed from YouTube.

Additionally, adding an option in downloading (only download when atleast 1 sponsorblock segment found - so that the community has a chance to add the segments which contain ads before you download)

You guessed it actually. It's yt-dlp indeed. I hadn't realized sponsorblock was built in. Yeah that's definitely something to investigate and get working. Thanks for pointing this out.
