Expanding Saved Podcast Functionality

This issue will be built out more as I think on it

The Saved Podcast page currently allows users to save podcasts directly for a custom list of podcasts. It would be more helpful if you could save podcasts to specific tags or perhaps utilize categories associated with the podcasts already in order to sort specific podcasts rather than getting one giant disorderly list

Been thinking further about this functionality. Since we already have auto generated playlists - Thinking

• [ ] Folders. This allows a user to add podcasts to a specific folder. This is in addition to the already implemented saved functionality.
• [ ] Ability to auto add episodes to a folder from podcasts with a specific categetory. Anything with category 'Technology' for example perhaps

Further down the road

• [ ] Podclips. An ability to save a specific section of an episode as you listen for quick reference later.
