Implement Podcasting 2.0 Podroll feature

This feature isn't currently particularly widely used, but it would be great for recommendations if more podcasts started using it. I'm going to keep an eye on this tag and look for podcasts that currently support it. If you're aware of a podcast that supports Podroll please leave a comment below with the name.
