Push Episode Completion Status to Nextcloud/Gpodder

We should push episode completion status to nextcloud as part of the api interaction to sync episodes. Currently we sync current time, and sync podcasts themselves. But not the completion status of episodes. This will be a relatively quick and simple addition considering the sync apis already exist and just need this added based on the gpodder api spec
