We are going to keep this as a draft while we examine the tooling other projects are using and figure out what works best for obelisk.

This will likely not be fixed until multiple home support for GHCi lands: https://mpickering.github.io/ide/posts/2020-10-12-multiple-home-units.html

We need to either document the need for a channel and env var set up, or make the installation easier.

The solution to this issue will need to remove all dependencies on NIX_PATH that obelisk may have in non-nixos environments.

I have an update for this ticket: I have a fix for this in `obelisk`, but it does not work well with `prerender`. The current `routeLink` is prerendering agnostic, so...

Hi, is this still happening? If you could run with `ob run -v` and paste the log, that would be very helpful. Is this on darwin?

Can you run this command, or something similar to account for tmp stuff, manually and examine the output? `nix-build /tmp/ob-init-d256638524233314/.obelisk/impl -A skeleton --out-link /tmp/ob-init-d256638524233314/.obelisk/impl/.attr-cache/skeleton.out`
