How to eliminate CDS from signal server and app client.

@madeindra shared link : https://github.com/madeindra/signal-setup-guide/tree/master/signal-server is not available. Please help us eliminating CDS from server as well as app client. Also suggest alternate to discover contact without CDS. I am using current current master build for all.

@GitHub-Ram CDS is optional in v3.xx and earlier versions, however, it's unknown in the current version. This repository has been updated with new link, you can check by the version number.

@madeindra, I appreciate it if you could provide the exact step to disable CDS for the current version (5.x.x) because the old links are not working.
