Messages are not received if receiver is online

Client Version : (Android v)

I have server up and client setup is also done. Messages should receive if both sender and receiver are online. Read receipt should be done.

Describe the issue that you face

Messages are going through push notifications but not through websocket when both sender and receivers are online. Did anyone face such type of issue? 5.24.7

This issue is resolved. redis cluster should be allowed to accept key_space_events.
